Today’s
Day 2 of the Self Worth Challenge. I just got done learning about the
power of intention and one of the biggest things that stuck out to me
was I cannot take care of everyone, but I can take care of me. Part of today’s challenge
was completing this intention exercise where we create 6 different
kinds of intentions. The categories are creativity, loving kindness,
appreciation, growth, abundance, and receiving. I’m going to share my
Top 3 favorite ones that I created.
#1 is focus on health. #2 is let go of others' problems and #3 is ask purpose of problems.
