Today is Day 4 of the Self Worth Challenge I'm doing. It’s about FOCUS and gaining awareness around what I choose to focus on. So today I choose to be grateful and focus on the things I have in my
life. I’m grateful for:
1. flexible hours and work
2. good people to work with
3. sarah learning stress management
4. born in the good ol USA
5. actually have too much to eat
6. it's the weekend!
7. got to go to Hamilton in KC
8. marriage is in a good place
9. Morgan is doing well out on her own
10. beautiful day
